◎简　　介

故事发生在群雄争霸的战国时代，魏国聂政（王羽 饰）自幼习武，功夫了得，师仇已报之后，聂政隐姓埋名，定居齐国，成为了一名屠户。客卿严遂（田丰 饰）前往齐国找到聂政，两人均为侠肝义胆，趣味相投，结为兄弟。
之后，聂政的母亲去世，妹妹阿荣（李香君 饰）出嫁，孤身一人的聂政决定 将自己的性命献给国家。聂政找到了严遂，同意前去刺杀野心勃勃的韩傀（黄宗迅 饰），严遂明白，此行凶险，自己必然有去无回。临走之前，聂政找到了一直爱慕的女子夏婴（焦娇 饰），两人度过了最后的美好时光。最终，武功高强的聂政成功的将韩傀杀死，自己亦挖目剖腹，壮烈牺牲。
