◎简 介
故事发生于位于西雅图的霹雳小组训练中心内，艾伦（阿德琳妮・帕里奇 Adrianne Palicki 饰）、沃德（泰・奥尔森 Ty Olsson 饰）和霍尔（山姆・贾格 Sam Jaeger 饰）是其中的骨干成员。一天，小组接到线报，说在一家废弃的货运中心里正在进行毒品交易，小组随即展开了行动，果然将交易场面撞了个正着。激烈的枪战平息后，组员们在集装箱内发现了一名被绑住的男子，男子名叫蝎子（迈克尔・加・怀特 Michael Jai White 饰），他的胳膊上植入了一枚芯片，芯片里记载了帮派所有的犯罪证据。
蝎子成为了霹雳小组最重要的证人，黑帮当然也不会对此坐视不管，他们派出了各路杀手对训练中心进行了猛烈袭击。
