◎简 介
少女马玉凤（马斯晨 饰）因藏毒罪名被判入狱半年，男友罗伯特指使她在狱中寻找杀死他大哥的女子Winnie，以便为其大哥报仇。第一次入狱的玉凤开始了被称为“第一茧”的狱中生活，同监室的女犯人“男人婆”性格跋扈欺凌新人，玉凤在遭男人婆殴打时幸被狱中著名的“疯大姐”（吴家丽 饰）救下，自此玉凤和疯大姐以及多话乐观的大肚婆（林建明 饰）结为好友。原来疯大姐即是Winnie，Winnie受吸毒的父亲拖累，不得不在欢场求生，百无聊赖中自己也染上了毒瘾，因一次偶遇，Winnie与卧底警察阿勇（刘德华 饰）结识，二人坠入爱河，阿勇对毒瘾发作的Winnie不离不弃并计划与之远赴加拿大生活，岂料阿勇身份被揭发，导致Winnie杀死了罗伯特的大哥……
